Ductile iron pipe is high-strength cast iron pressure pipe strictly manufactured in accordance with EN545 and ISO2531 standards for water and sewage transmission projects. Adopting centrifugal casting production technology, the pipe body features excellent ductility, impact resistance and anti-corrosion performance. This product is specially designed and developed for municipal water supply, sewer drainage and large-scale underground pipeline infrastructure systems.
Strict Quality Control
We carry out full-process quality supervision for ductile iron pipe. Advanced centrifugal casting equipment ensures smooth inner and outer pipe surface with few defects. Every batch of pipes in stock will be sampled and inspected strictly before delivery. Comprehensive inspections are carried out covering outer diameter, wall thickness, roundness, dimensional tolerance and mechanical-property test. Hydrostatic pressure test and non-destructive inspection can also be arranged according to project requirements. Rigorous dimension control guarantees consistent performance batch by batch. Material Test Report can be provided for each lot, fully meeting safety requirements of municipal water and sewage pipeline projects.
