Product Description

SS304 Hot Rolled Seamless Tube is hot-pierced and hot-finished austenitic stainless steel seamless pressure tube, grade TP304 (UNS S30400). After hot rolling, tubes go through solution heat-treatment and pickling passivation, presenting matte grey pickled surface, widely used as core raw material for general-duty industrial pipeline systems.

SS304 contains 18-20% chromium and 8-11% nickel, delivering good oxidation and corrosion resistance under atmospheric, water and mild chemical medium environment. The seamless structure eliminates welding-seam weakness, performs stably under medium pressure service. It can transport water, oil, steam and weak corrosive fluid in various industrial plants.

Production workflow: stainless steel billet heating → hot piercing → hot rolling → sizing → solution annealing → pickling → non-destructive testing → finished inspection. Standard length 6m / 12m, custom fixed-length cutting is available. Every batch implements dimension check, chemical composition analysis, mechanical property test and NDT inspection to guarantee long-term safe operation of industrial pipelinesMade-in-Ch....

Note: SS304 is not recommended for heavy-chloride high-corrosion environment; select 316 / 2205 for severe chloride-containing working-condition.

Packing
Pipes are cleaned and dust-proof treated firstly. Protected by plastic end caps at both ends, wrapped with waterproof and dust-proof film, bundled with high-strength steel strips. Special hygienic packaging avoids dust, pollution and scratches, suitable for food-grade product export. Custom packaging solutions are acceptable.
Loading Port
Main loading ports: Tianjin Port, Shanghai Port. Support FCL, LCL and bulk cargo loading. Other designated domestic ports can be arranged as required.

Shipping
