Our 6061-T6 seamless aluminum alloy tube is manufactured by hot extrusion process. Featuring high strength, low density and stable thermal conductivity, it is specially developed for new energy vehicle battery cooling systems. The seamless forming structure avoids leakage risks of cooling liquid. Strict dimensional tolerance guarantees uniform wall thickness, suitable for cutting, bending and welding deep processing. The product meets GB/T and ASTM industry standards, and MTC material test certificate can be provided. We support customized outer diameter, wall thickness and fixed cutting length to meet diverse thermal management module production demands.

This 6061-T6 aluminum alloy tube has outstanding coolant corrosion resistance and excellent high-low temperature stability, adapting to long-term operation of electric vehicle battery cooling loops. We adopt seaworthy export packing with waterproof paper and wooden/metal pallets for long-distance sea transportation. MOQ is 1 ton, mixed specifications in one container are acceptable.
